  The item mailed from Florida to Oregon and IMO wasn't packaged appropriately for what it was and how far it was traveling & unfortunately it did arrive damaged. The seller was outstanding though in understanding, they stated that sometimes they arrive fine but occassionally get damaged in transit. The refund was fast and painless.

  Fantastic plates and wonderful seller. Worked with me on a custom frame and it was perfect. Communication was quick and easy and the final product was delivered safely and quickly.   I have received my plate and it looks wonderful. Great quality and very nice company to deal with. There was an honest mistake make on first plated shipped but the company made it right! Highly recommend buying from this company! Packaging was done with care so plate does not get scratched in shipping. great deal for the money.
