  Seller packaged poorly, caused damage during shipping which rendered item unusable. I reached out to discuss & provided photos, but got no response & it's been weeks. Accidents can happen & I don't give negatives often, but a lack of response to my concerns after insufficient packaging makes me feel like this seller maybe just doesn't care. :< A shame, I would have shopped with them again, but now I don't feel confident I should.
