  I received the wrong item by mistake, but the seller was apologetic. She said that I could keep the item because it was her mistake. It was packaged well, and arrived promptly. We're negotiating a fix as I am writing this. I have no issues with her, and would definitely buy from her in the future.

  Very fair shipping. The best I have ever had on a purse. Packaging was excellent. Double bagged in case the box should break open. Just as described.
