  A friendly, excellent Seller & a great purchase experience. The lovely pendant came in quickly & even more beautiful than described, wrapped with care for protection. There was a small issue with the chain, but I was so in love with the pendant itself that I wasn't too concerned. On her own, the Seller promptly sent me a replacement chain a few days later! I was so impressed with the excellent customer service & overall quality of this purchase. So highly recommended! Thank you! A+++ :)

  I received the wrong item by mistake, but the seller was apologetic. She said that I could keep the item because it was her mistake. It was packaged well, and arrived promptly. We're negotiating a fix as I am writing this. I have no issues with her, and would definitely buy from her in the future.

  Very fair shipping. The best I have ever had on a purse. Packaging was excellent. Double bagged in case the box should break open. Just as described. Photos were outstanding which is very important in describing the item. The purse was in pristine condition. Excellent value. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure.

  Very thankful to have a compact thermal printer for my warehouse. The Jaydens is not as user friendly as my Rollo but the price point and ease of use makes it a very nice addition to my business.
