The item was exactly as it was described with minor imperfections and scratches but that was to be expected from a used wheel. This was a great value as opposed to purchasing one from a dealer just for use as a spare tire which is exactly what it was purchased it for. The seller was very accurate and honest with their description. I would purchase from them again.

Overall the product was better than described. minor scratch which was promptly resolved with the company and quickly easily repaired. unbelievable customer service and a quick response to my emails. I’m was extremely happy with the product and service and my auto body guy was shocked by the value and quality.

The packaging was definitely wayyyy better then i expected. There was no chance of damage unless someone threw the box off the roof of a 50 floor building. Definitely going to order from ghem again.
