  Item received was new in box as described. Part worked perfectly and was also a nice price, It resolved our problem with washing machine. Part was shipped right away, which we appreciate, but was lost by USPS for about 10 days. When we contacted seller for help, the seller offered to re-ship another part, or refund our money. We decided to wait for a few more days, then part did finally arrive. Seller communication was great, and would buy from them again.
