I did what I needed too and messaged to let him know that these were not here, his message back was to request a refund, that there isn't anything either of us can do. Seller was disappointed, when you sell something, you want the buyer to get it, so you don't have to issue a refund. I appreciate the communication and the honesty. I hope to buy from you again.
