  Product: Well packaged and no damage. Service: The seller had great communication, and when I told him about an issue with shipping (my fault), he responded within an hour. The issue was resolved so quickly, and I received my package just a couple days later! Package arrived about a couple weeks from purchase.   AMAZING - Would recommend this seller and buy from them again! Their communication is top-notch, providing accurate updates every step of the way. They shipped out the package out very quickly and packaged meticulously. There was bubble wrap to protect the item as well as a well sealed box. Package arrived in excellent condition and exactly as described. Seller had a fair value, especially since the item is out of stock everywhere. Cannot thank you enough!

  Product shipped quickly and arrived in about a week. Item as described. Beautiful, great quality, and exactly what I wanted. Brand new, wrapped in package, and never used. Securely placed and wrapped in box to avoid damage. Pricier than I would’ve like to have bought it for, but it’s sold out every where I live around. So I don’t mind paying the extra for this specific color. Confirmed with buyer what exactly I was getting and they answered quickly. Would highly recommend.

  Everything was great. The package arrived well and protected. It came in a week with DHL. The only issue I had was that when it was delivered I had to pay a 50euro fee for duty/tax which I didn’t know about, so I would have loved to have been informed about it prior. Other than that, everything was perfect. The seller is very nice and communicates fast and sends updates about the order frequently.

  The item was delivered in new condition, safely and high quality packaging, and arrived very fast despite being intercontinental shipping. For an import, and a very expensive item aside from that, the value of this was great for a "splurge and treat yourself" kind of purchase. Appearance is great too, no scratches or incidents occured during shipping. The seller kept constant contact throughout the shipping process and was very kind.
