  Item as described in the listing, and arrived quickly. However communication with the seller was misleading, I asked if it had been opened up to which the seller said no, however there was a screw missing from the bottom of the laptop. Second I confirmed with the seller if it had been factory reset, to which the reply was yes, however there was a user profile on the computer. Be wary when seeking item clarifications.

  This is a fair seller with great communication. They shipped the item quickly, and the laptop was well protected in a large air-filled pouch with XL air pockets. The seller resolved an issue promptly and professionally. I would buy from them again.
