    I am extremely satisfied. The chromebook was listed as having scratches and dents, and when i received the item it looked almost brand new. Very professional, answered all my questions and got back to me promptly when i had an issue with UPS not being able to deliver it because my front door has a security lock on it. I would highly recommend this seller. Thank You so much!!!!
