  Good Customer Service. However, the pencil didn’t work when it arrived. I contacted Apple, and they informed me that if a pencil isn’t charged for a while, the battery can die permanently. I also contacted the seller, who quickly responded and said they had tested it before shipping. (But when it arrived to me, it didn’t work.) I tried different techniques to get it to work, but none were successful, so I ended up purchasing another pencil from a different seller. The seller gave me a partial re
