  Great transaction! Exactly as described, quality tool at a fair price. Would buy from seller again. USPS gave pkg a vacation traveling to almost every point there is before delivery. This is NO reflection on seller, just why my response is long from purchase.

  Description was spot on and shipping was fair considering the weight of this plate. Packaged with two layers of bubble wrap and two layers of cardboard, arrived in perfect condition. Happy with the price paid and product received.

  Fast shipment and as described. Packaging was strong plastic envelope with integrated bubblewrap but it's a vintage ratchet, would've liked to see folded cardboard in the envelope to protect it a bit more. Good value for a neat old ratchet. Would buy from seller again.
