  The fleece is exactly as described and great quality. But most of all is the fantastic customer service that I received from this ebayer. The post office did not deliver or provide a coherent tracking for the initial package and the seller immediately got on to them. After waiting as requested 48 hours the initial parcel still didn’t arrive. I was so pleased to see that the seller had then arranged for EVRI to be the carrier for a replacement. EVRI are fab in our area. So a massive thanks!

  The company have been very supportive, unfortunately the size description confused me and the package did not contain a size 3 zip slider clip. I was offered the opportunity too and I did consider returning them but the cost to return the items using the Ebay return system meant that after everything was costed a balance of £1.75 would be refunded. The company was a good communicator and have said that they would review the listing to provide more size clarity. Regards John Cox

  Excellent service, arrived on day stated. Quality, near pristine. Condition unmarked, clean, seems little used. Value, for me, worth the money. Appearance, as if on a shelf in a high st, 'as new' bookstore. The packaging, was bubble-wrapped, well taped, inserted into a grey sealed, Amazon-style, recyclable plastic envelope-bag . I would certainly buy again, if and the need requires.Thank you seller, for your care, and attention to detail. Score? 11 out of 10! You'll be in business for years!

  Package came super quick, even though it was sent 2nd class. My little plastic glue dosing bottles arrived well packaged and in first class condition. They look exactly as in the photos and I think they are very good value for money. I most certainly will be buying more from this seller.

  I cannot speak highly enough of this seller. The material is of excellent quality, it is fairly priced and would have been quickly delivered - were it not for the cretins at Yodel. In the event the seller's communications were good and the situation was redeemed. This was a very good purchase and the seller is a supplier to be valued. Thank you
