  The item was accurately described. Communication with the merchant was great. Good price and good product. My only complaint is USPS. It took 21 days to arrive. I requested a refund because the shipment had no updates for 10 days, and I assumed it was lost. A+ merchant! FF--- for USPS.

  Wow, I'm extremely impressed with niu-usa’s customer service! My original order didn't arrive (not their fault!), but they were incredibly proactive in contacting me and sending a replacement ribbon cable right away. Fast shipping on the replacement, and excellent communication throughout the process. The L1/L2/R1/R2 cable is exactly what I needed for my PS5 controller. Highly recommended – this seller truly cares about their customers!

  I had this SIM tray shipped to my brother, since th ephone it was intended for was already with him. It arrived intact. It was well packaged and shipped quickly. The problem is that the seller of the phone was unaware that the phone's serial number was still locked to someone's account, and the phone could not be used by my brother. So, while everything with the card tray went great, the whole project got frustrated. This seller has been perfect, so A+ there.

  Digitizer was received quickly, well packaged as as described in new condition. This was the best value from a high-rated seller that I was able to find. The screen fit my son's tablet and appears to be a factory replacement. I would buy from them again. A++ seller!
