  Purchase and questions were not answered over a 3 day period following purchasing by which time I assumed there would be 2 days remaining for delivery. My questions were not answered which were as simple as - has it been sent, will it definitely arrive within 5 days, it says within 5 days and is that for certain. Just a simple answer wood have been good. I cancelled and purchased elsewhere.

  Product arrived in original packaging and then well wrapped to protect the contents. Item is brand new as described and is the quality brand of Shimano very good value compared to buying from elsewhere where a significant savings.
