  The item arrived in brand new sealed condition as advertised. The slipcover is in mint condition thanks to the seller's care with packaging. Seller even asked me if I think a bubble mailer is enough, and based on my thoughts, she added a thick inner cardboard layer that completely protected the product. Seller responded quickly to my questions. I would buy from them again. Product was delivered 4 days before delivery window, so it was extremely quick.
