  Overall I have mixed feelings about this purchase. Item took over a month to get to me. Seller did provide great communication regarding the delay and item did arrive in excellent condition with very good packaging. However, i am bothered by how long shipping took.

  This is the 2nd purchase from them and their items are always high quality and arrive quickly and packaged well! The added pads to level on the wall is a nice touch! Better than described and amazing value!

  I received my package and the glass on top of the frame was unfortunately broken. I contacted the seller, who informed that they were sorry that this occurred to me and would provide replacement. The replacement glass frame was sent to me very quickly and well secured. The product that I ordered is well made and very hard to find. I am very thankful to the seller for providing an amazing product. The customer service is very professional and takes care of the customer! I am a happy customer!

  The first one I received was quite broken through shipping and the seller was kind enough to send another one. The second one came intact but I did not feel comfortable hanging it because it did not look like it would hang securely from the hook on the back. The seller insists that it will and I am not doubting them regarding their word, however, I just don't feel comfortable doing it. Also, just be prepared to wait 3 to 4 weeks for the initial item. It is made to order. Thank you!
