  Arrived filthy but the seller refunded us which was the honorable thing to do and we appreciate that. These sellers are located in Japan but the item was re-shipped to us from a USA based address. Item seems authentic. Value was standard. Appearance was lacking but seller took care of us and I appreciate it.
