  Shipping and wrapping of product for protection was excellent, to protect the damaged end of the box, which was described for customers to see. I have now fully charged it (19 hrs) and will try it out on the boxwoods as soon as the weather cooperates. I have a close friend who recommended the product to me and bought it at a hdw store.
