  I experienced such a hassle of a transaction with this seller that could have very well been avoided if they didnt lack communication, were honest and consistent with their message responses to my inquiries, and didnt use false advertising on their item's listing. In the end, I returned my item and fortunately did get a full refund. I was then promised by the seller a free item to compensate for their mistakes. Sadly to say, it's been quite awhile now and I never received said item.

  Listing said 2 pack and only received 1 my bid was for 2, the reason for 3 stars and neutral rating. Contacted seller and was told listing had an error.

  NEVER received this item. Seller sent the wrong item. I purchased FOREST and was sent WHITE PINE & JUNIPER BERRY. When asked to send return label they stated that I took too long to ask for return. EBAY did not agree saying it was a violation of the ebay policy to send the wrong product and I was on time. Seller told ebay they would send return label but it never arrived and seller did not answer further messages.

  You’ve made a valid point about my lack of response because I believe that waiting over 30 days to report a wrong item is nonsense and is against my return policy. I prefer to focus my time on addressing genuine concerns rather than engaging in your type of foolishness.
