Excellent comms and honesty - They initially sent the wrong product and promptly informed me, apologising and expediting the delivery of the correct product with a pre-paid shipping voucher to return the initial incorrect item.   Super easy transaction, and the product looks just as depicted in the picture. The compact digicam came in packing paper, and both chargers were wrapped tidily. Seller even included a 32gb SD card, for which I'm super grateful. Was delivered to my door within 48 hours of purchase. Would absolutely buy from this seller again! Thank you!

  Got this for a good offer as the Sony HDR-SR12 came in incredibly good condition despite being released in 2008. The shipping came by quickly, packed well to protect the product, and got everything as described with the charger and two additional batteries.
