  The seller was quick to respond to my questions. The item arrived quickly, carefully packaged (bonus points for innovation!). Item as described, except I do believe the embellishments are actually pewter or some other gray metal, only with a brass finish (some wore away while I polished, exposing underlying metal). In any case, it is a beautiful frame, cleaned up well, and will make a nice gift! I recommend this seller.

  I purchased these chairs on Sunday afternoon and they arrived on my doorstep Wednesday morning, exceptionally well-packed. I had a couple of questions for the seller, Ron, which he answered promptly. Very impressed with his service and look forward to doing business with NH Arch’tectural again!

  Item was as described, complete, intact and arrived promptly. Obviously used - they haven't made these in decades - and it will need a restoration, but I knew that going in. Seller really has no control over shipping costs - this is the world we live in now so I don't see how they are responsible for what a 3rd party (including the USPS) charges for shipping. Adequately packaged. No complaints. A+ seller.

  A very nice Trotter & Pacer publication from January 4, 1906. The incomparable Peter the Great on the cover. What a treasure!! As described, packaged well, shipped well and received well. The eBay seller was very kind, generous and professional!! Many thanks!!
