  Nightmare transaction so far. Seller is unresponsive and rude. I made this purchase not realizing that the seller did not take returns. I noticed it a within a minute of making the purchase. I tried to cancel and that was denied. I contacted the seller and asked to cancel explaining that I would continue the purchase as long as I could return it if the product didn't work. Boom, it ships with no response. Now I requested a return because you guess it, it doesn't work. Seller unresponsive.

  The items were well packaged and delivered within time. Sadly isn't compatible with our printer but I highly recommend the seller.
