  Listing description said "packaged in a box", showing my purchase in what appeared to be original packing styrofoam in one of the listing photos. Gave the impression that this item would ship in the original factory packaging, or box... Turned out not to be the case. "Packaged in a box" meant exactly just that... WELL COURSE!!! How else would you ship it to me? I an envelope? Otherwise, great condition product, fair price, and yeah, the "packaging in the box" was well executed. Thank you.

  The lens is in excellent cosmetic and optical condition, but the zoom ring is broken, and it can’t zoom. It was packaged only in a padded bag, which felt a bit flimsy. The seller agreed to a partial refund, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. I’ll try to get the lens repaired.
