  Fantastic seller! I purchased an item that unfortunately was defective when I received it. I contacted seller and received return/refund instructions. Within two days a refund was issued. Great communication with seller. My messages were answered promptly. I will save this seller for future purchases and highly recommend doing business with them.

  Horrible service. The seller is very unprofessional! The seller sent me a damaged tv stand but on the listing it said brand new.. basically robbed me of $100. They wasted my time and money ...false advertisement on their end making me think I was getting a brand new TV stand ..hope this doesn't happen to anyone else...and seller next time make sure you inspect your item before sending out to anyone else ..never doing business with you again...

  This seller was contacted twice and was made aware that I received this product broke and Improperly packaged at time of shipment . The product was loose inside a large box and allowed to bang from side to side inside the larger box. That is why it is broken. I am out the money. So this is not a seller I will ever do business with again. Hope you will stay away from this one as well.

  Awesome InstantPot product, price and service from awesome seller! Brand new perfect condition. As said box a little beat up but the thing is packed in so well it’s pristine. Shipped in a blur, no dilly dallying. Thank you!

  I'm very dissatisfied with my order delivered today. I want to return because by the way it was packed it didn't come from the factory , it's packed like itwas packed from some one home . The appearance of the content was sloppy .

  Box arrived shredded (and taped up in large sections- seller knew of damage before shipping) and item had cracked handle. Seller first promised replacement if return option was utilized, then refused. Unit ended up not working at all (would not pressurize). Box was too demolished to use for shipping, seller refuses any kind of resolution. States they can only replace or refund if initial item is received first, which is physically impossible to do. Don't waste your time or money.
