  This item is in prestine condition, packaging was appropriate and sealed nicely. The picture does not do this coat justice. It is absolutely beautiful and great quality. Please note when you are informed immediately that a seller is on holiday and you are kept informed of the delivery journey right up to the point of delivery, I really felt like a customer. This seller really understands how to look after a customer. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated like a customer.

  The item was not as described and photos were misleading, as the boots arrived with damage. The seller told me I must have caused the damage when I tried them on, despite me telling them I had not tried them on and they had arrived with damage. I did not appreciate the sellers implication that I was being dishonest. They did not try to resolve the matter but just pointed blame at me.
