  Excellent customer service - the item I wanted as a gift was just over the threshold for import fees. I asked if the price could be dropped slightly, and the seller did it with no hesitation! The item arrived fast from over seas, well packaged and brand new exactly as described! Would buy from they again!

  The product was accurately described, however, I regret that my Loungefly backpack was not adequately packed. It was left within the Disney bag and shipped in a box. Had the box become damp or subjected to excessive pressure, my backpacks would have been damaged and not survived the shipping process. Thankfully they did make it safe.

  I'd had my eye on the C-3PO head since it was announced ~6 mo. ago, but they had sold out by the time I made it back to Batuu. Thanks to this seller, I was still able to get my hands on one at a great price. Item was brand-new (as described), arrived quickly, and was packaged well. I'll certainly be keeping this seller in consideration the next time I'm looking to add to my Star Wars room.

  Package was made of thick cardboard and my item arrived in perfect condition. I’m extremely happy with the seller and can’t than them enough for brining a little happiness to my family. It was well worth the very reasonable price. Great value. I will happily shop with them again if given the opportunity.
