  I ordered this during the Christmas rush, so I expected that it might be late, so I was fine with that. What was great was the tracking. I knew where it was and why all of the time, so at no time did I feel the need to ask where it was. The disc was great, and packaging was good. They also answered my questions in a timely manner, so I knew what I was getting. Great experience, and would buy from them again.
