  Seller was very dastardly to respond to questions and stood behind his word 100% . Item was lost in the mail system but the seller promptly refunded me before ebay stepped in. There was no need to even do a claim. My refund was simply done. Highly reccomend a seller like this. Hard to get a seller like this

  Our Breville Super Q Blender BBL920DBL arrived safely. It was well-packed. All accessories and documentation were included and it works perfectly. As the seller indicated, it is technically considered “used,” but was really unused in an opened box. The excellent condition and packaging of the blender indicate that this was accurate.
