  Wrong items delivered (saw blades not solar panels - see photo). After a number of messages (had I bought these other items from somewhere else?) the seller claimed to have sent replacements. When nothing happened, I asked for a tracking number. It was never provided. This went on for nearly two months - well past the deadline for getting a refund directly from eBay. I asked the seller for a refund. The seller claimed that the item had been delivered. I will never deal with this seller again
