  This is a great company to buy from . I had issues with how the item was delivered the box was damaged also some damage to the poles and the fixings inside were torn, loose and some missing. This company was excellent with prompt communication and sorting me an immediate refund.

  Firstly, it was delivered to the wrong address, so I had to do a search. (Not the seller's fault, I know). Then found that the instructions were completely inadequate. Contacted seller who quickly sent a copy which, unfortunately, was not in English. However, after a lot of trial and error, I managed to put it together satisfactorily. Not bad for a lady in her 80s! I am quite pleased with the result and it looks exactly like the picture
