  Item arrived in pieces. Very poorly packed in a bubble bag mailer. The shell was destroyed in transit. Two messages to the seller without a response. Do not buy from this lazy seller.

  I needed this item by a certain date, contacted the seller and she was extremely willing to accommodate my request. I actually received the shell one day early. Excellent seller to work with. A+++++++

  Not as pictured. I only bought this because of the deep rich green & blue abalone colors. That sure is not what I received. The picture below is what I actually received. Not even close to what the picture showed @ all. I reached out to the seller and they claimed they do the best they can. Apparently they don't check what you are actually getting. They use the vivid picture in all their ads. Buyer beware. I over paid 2 for the wrong color & very small size. Not happy it will not match @ all.

  Service was good and I appreciate you taking my offer. While I realize this is a natural product, I was a little disappointed that it did not look blue at all like the one shown in the pictures.

  To offer the product, they have a very different photograph from what they send you. What they send you is something very different from what they are showing in the photograph, it is something very different. I do not recommend that you buy it, they will send you something of low quality.
