The packaging was smashed down and the sata ssd didn't work. Netac sent me a prepaid postage label and I returned it. Once they received it back they refunded my money. I've bought other SSDs from them with no problem so i think it was the post office fault it was damaged in shipping. I would buy from this seller again.
