  The first message from the seller was. Hi [Customer's Name], They asked to update my shipping information. Lol. My home address that I've used since joining ebay in the 90s. Not an apartment or po box. Then they said they couldn't deliver to this legitimate street address and to provide an alternative. These are obvious stalling tactics. Ebay is even worse saying I have to wait a week to get a refund. They're using mine and other customers money as a loan . What a scam.
