  Seller has asked me to revise my feedback so and will, however it is worse than before. Initially I never received my item and the seller would not respond, so I had to open a dispute. Eventually it came several days LATE so I asked to return it and when I did they refused to give a full refund, saying the item was used, when I hadn t even removed it from the packaging!! I am already out of pocket for the postage costs, now for an item I don t have Absolutely horrible seller to deal with, AVOID!

  Hello Ian, The backlights returned to us are not the ones that were sent. You have returned the package with the old backlights from your TV, which is very unethical. We have all the evidence for this in photos. You have tried to disguise the return parcel by deleting any reference to yourself or your address, but have missed on removing the order number and tracking number which both trace the order back to yourself. This will be raised with and dealt by eBay. VERY UNETHICAL BUYER!!!

  The items arrived very securely packaged very impressed with that part however they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive that did not impress me at all however the items have been installed and they work fine they have removed the black line from my screen upon disassembly i noticed the cable was not fully attached so my problem could have been that but i installed them as i had bought them the seller is a good seller just needs a decent delivery service they were not ready when collected by dpd

  I asked to cancel the item as I ordered the wrong one They said it had already left in the pist 15 mins after I ordered it Seller more interested in profit than decency in my experience Threw remote straight in the rubbish bin at Tesco for recycling I will not be buying much from e bay in the future Similar experience with sellers

  I got this because the last one was a scam and this was supposed to be shipped the day I bought it now it's an extra 3days and the tracking number is fake looks like you'll be refunding my money again and it will be the last time I trust eBay , and I pressed positive by mistake
