  Sealed dvd set arrived in bubble mailer with a smashed in corner so I sent pictures to seller & asked for a partial refund. Seller stated Ebays policy doesn't allow that but when I proved it did, seller stated it went against THEIR policies because supposedly giving a partial refund for a damaged item opens them up to be scammed somehow? I did get my partial refund for my damaged item since that is how ebay works. I wouldn't buy from this seller again since it was a weird/rude interaction.

  Item had a barely noticeable dinged corner to outer slip sleeve which could be seen in picture, then demanded a refund of half the price of the item, I politely told him to feel free to return the item for full refund which he refused and he once again demanded the refund so I obliged and now somehow I was rude. Complete scammer of a buyer just trying to get stuff free. Would suggest sellers block this buyer from their listings.

  The printhead was new as advertised, the shipping was prompt, however, either from the loose packing or rough handling during shipping, the black ink cartridge cracked at the seam and leaked all over the other cartridges and the clamshell package - image attached. I was able to get the colored cartridges cleaned up and used my own black cartridge to perform the printhead setup, but it was a pretty big mess. Something to consider for future orders.
