  Arrived in perfect condition and much faster than the estimated time! The plush came in its original packaging and looks exactly as advertised. I was warmly surprised by how attentive the seller was through the process, and greatly appreciated their willingness to help if anything went wrong, even if I was to socially awkward to reply to their updates.   Extremely fast shipping (took only a week, and I live across the world!) and lovely customer service! The seller sent updates about the status of the order, and opened conversation for questions if needed. Makoto arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged, and I love him dearly.   I was sent the Small size version of the plush when it was listed as Medium (which would be 12in) but the seller was incredibly communative and issued a partial refund for the mix-up. It's still a great plush and I appreciate how quickly the seller resolved the issue. Item was shipped quickly, it was a good price for the product, and it arrived pretty fast for overseas shipping too!
