  The wool was vacuum packed, arriving in perfect condition. And the postage reasonable. Good quality and value, the colour was true to its photo. Like seeing the items expand when unwrapping too!

  I ordered the wrong colour wool ,Neil was absolutely fantastic in sorting the issue out for me ,sadly the colour i wanted is no longer available, but Neil was brilliant in explaining, sent back for refund .excellent customer service wool was lovely just my error in ordering the wrong colour service was prompt
