  This seller informed me that the item was damaged and couldn’t be shipped. I asked for an immediate refund. The seller then said that they would get send it right away. It’s been two weeks and I don’t have my money. I keep contacting them for assistance and every message has gone ignored. I still do not have my refund. A truly awful, awful seller.

  I received this item & the outside box was in absolute perfect condition. I always take note of the box's condition and take pictures if need B. When I opened the box, everything inside was wet. The packaging, the globe & the bottom portion. I picked up the whole snow globe and the glass portion was loose. Next thing I know, both pieces separated in my hands. I contacted the seller initially. Plus...an additional 2x now. 2 weeks later and I'm STILL waiting 4 a refund and my $$$!!! Ridiculous
