  Excellent sertvice from the seller, the item didn't arrive within the sellers time frame. However having informed them of this they where very quick to check if they could find were the item was. We appreciated that it was coming over the Christmas holidays so was happy to see that the seller offered us a replacement item. We didn't need the replacement item as on the day the seller said he would send us another the original one turned up in the post. would be good to have a tracking facility.

  Item as described. Works perfectly with my smart TV. Arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately was damaged in the post. This seller responded quickly to my message and sent me another remote that arrived swiftly and intact.

  Ordered 5th, arrived 14th - the postal label had been applied badly, partially obscuring my name & address - I was beginning to doubt they would ever arrive. The glasses are as expected. The long wait & rather computerised responses left me cold, but we got there in the end.
