  Teapot is exactly as described and even more beautiful than pictured. Was packaged perfectly to avoid any shipping damage to a very fragile item. I ordered it when I was out of town, and the seller was very willing to postpone shipping until I returned. I paid the full listed price for the item because its history hit a warm spot in my heart, But seller did give an opportunity to negotiate the price in eBay (“or best offer”) which I appreciate.   WOW. This is an exceptional seller. The packaging was spectacular and the item was in excellent condition. It is on its way to our brother who lives in that state. He was here for a visit and admired our Connecticut map. He is going to love his state map. Thank you. The cost was fair and the shipping cost was fair.
