  I ordered one ring and received another. I asked for at least a partial refund but got no response. I would recommend not buying from this seller in the future. I truly had a negative experience w ordering something and getting something different and the seller not offering to at least come up w a partial refund. Don't do business w these guys!

  I was sent a rope chain instead of the popcorn chain I ordered. I attempted to contact the seller twice, over a 5 day period, with zero response. As a seller myself, I typically don't leave (-) feedback, but there's just no excuse for ignoring customer issues. This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.

  I bought my item from this seller. Couple weeks went by I never received my purchase. I reached out to them several times tryin to get in touch with someone and get any information. Absolutely nothing they never responded had to get eBay to step in and return my money. Buyer beware, I’d try anyone else first!

  I received the item but unfortunately it is not 10 feet long as described and ordered. It is decent for what it is but not what I wanted. I still need a 10;foot charger cable but will look for another seller to buy it from. Thank you anyway for your time. Have a good day
