  This guy is full of lies and excuses. Refused to ship when he said he would. Made several promises that he never upheld. no padding to protect the item, just dropped it in a unpadded envelope. This was a time sensitive order that should have arrived with plenty of time to spare but he did not ship for a week and tried to tell me it was already shipped when it wasn't. Said he would do this and do that to make it right and never done any of it. Cost me a lot money doing business with this guy.

  I fully owned the mistake, refunded the entire order including shipping, and still shipped the item - which was not fragile- at my own expense to try to make it right. As an experienced seller, I take pride in how I treat buyers—this was a rare mistake, and I took every reasonable step to resolve it. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with this response. I’ve had consistently positive feedback over many years, and this experience doesn’t reflect how I normally do business.

  I haven't opened the package yet, but externally, it appears to be in pristine condition. My complaint is that delivery was delayed two times, so it ended up taking 9 days to reach me. I'm accustomed to much faster delivery from Amazon and Best Buy, so I was not happy about this. It's a good thing I ordered it as soon as I was notfied that the magenta ink was low.
