The packaging was excellent. Opening the product I had no concerns over how the product would have held up shipping.   Amazing job, good communication. Packaged and secured well. Exactly what they described, love the camera. It's condition is mint and definitely worth the value based on it's quality and appearance. Definitely recommend them; they were very nice and stayed up to date with my package. Though there were some complications everything went smoothly and I love businesses like this. Great job!

  Shipping was extremely fast and it was packaged very well and secure. Item was mostly as described, besides a small error with the battery door not closing. However upon contacting them and giving a video of the issue they offered me a partial refund or a return/exchange. Completely stood by their word.
