I messaged her on a Sunday with a swift reply . Her response hasn’t gone unnoticed . Exceptional customer service . Great taper candles as well. I have these in a different color and they continued to burn for over 4 months . They were still burning when I switched them out for another seasonal color . My go to tapers now .
