  My first negative feedback, but this one deserves it. We are very disappointed with this seller, who we'll never use again. They sent us a much cheaper model brand and when we questioned it they told us it was the Rollin brand we'd ordered but it was "just in a different box" - a complete lie. Thankfully we got the full refund we deserved through an eBay claim, and we bought a genuine model from another seller. We hope this seller learnt their lesson about dishonesty.

  Scam seller. Does not deliver. Advertises the model and colour available. Then a while after purchasing messages to say not in stock. So saying in stock at the time was a lie. Offers other item, but if I wanted other item I would’ve purchased that one. I wanted the specific item I ordered. These scam sellers cause frustration to buyers, and they make profit interest in their bank on the money paid. EBay please toughen up regulations for sellers!
