Outstanding packing job to ensure this delicate instrument arrived safe and sound. Description was fully accurate - the damaged handle was the only issue and they made sure to point it out. Their prices are quite reasonable, shipping is very fast, and it is obvious they care. After short warmup the frequency counter has good accuracy and an excellent display. VERY satisfied. Thank you!

I had the correct battery and AC adapter needed to perform operational tests and found the unit inoperative. I requested a refund and shipped the unit back. The seller issued the refund quickly upon receipt. I would purchase from this seller again if they had something I was looking for. A+ for customer service.
