They were totally accommodating and delayed shipment until I was ready. Great communication. Regarding the item, it was exactly as described and pictured. There were no surprises or disappointments.   I don't know at who's in the issue is but literally came in my mailbox with one little tiny lid and the package ripped open by Post Office saying sorry I don't know. Even if the bag was not open I was expecting like the picture showed several different lids with several different sizes.
