  My first order was stolen as courier had dumped it "in porch" but no porch in multistorey block, and didn't give photo proof of where it was left. Informed seller who has been most helpful and kindly sent another parcel now received while he contacts the couriers. The paper is really lovely quality and white white matte, well packaged and very impressed. Seller made my bad experience easier to cope with by very good helpful communication.

  I had not received my order after 2 weeks of waiting I messaged the seller and told them that I had not received my order, they apologized and said they were having problems with the delivery company and said they would give me a refund straight away. they did give me a refund the next day.

  Took a long time to arrive, but item as described, he responded to my messages, but put me off buying again from the seller. May not have been his fault. But disappointed in time to arrive it must have been over 2 weeks 😢

  Even though the description says HP 80GSM the paper is of good quality, appearance in good condition and value good communication from seller when the item was delivered past the estimated delivery date, but better late than never. 😎
