  Didn't arrive, told eBay they sent it but used the tracking code of another order and I had to battle for my refund from eBay. No communication. Other products were exactly as described but this experienced let the seller down. I understand being busy, but if you forget to send the item the responsibility is on yourself to at least communicate. I hope this was a one off.

  item was sent - you cannot use a tracking number from a different transaction - ebay block that. buyer is adamant, even though Royal Mail have provided photo evidence of delivery and GPS co-ordinates of delivery to buyers address, that he did not receive. Advised to lodge this as mail theft with Royal Mail but wouldn't do that. Ebay gave buyer a courtesy refund.

  I had to contact the seller as 1 of my purchased numbers was damaged on arrival, I was prepared to keep the undamaged other items & had sent a message saying it they sent me a replacement with a return address envelope, I would return the damaged number, i contacted ebay to inform them of the situation. The seller then sent me a reply saying, as you are unhappy with your purchase, you will be sent a refund and you can shop else where. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from this seller

  Package arrived with some numbers missing. Contacted the seller 3 times over the course of 9 days. No response at all. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

  I don´t generally mind waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive, however what I find unforgivable is the complete and utter lack of communication. Item came as described, but I wouldn´t recommend this seller at all.

  unsure how the buyer expects me to communicate when i have no knowledge of any delays. Unfortunately I do not have time to keep an eye on each single sale due to quantity of orders dealing with. I wouldn't recommend this buyer at all!

  Promptly received but the 'free' finallisma fixture print shown in the item picture was not included, not a major thing as I didn't buy it for that. No notification of dispatch was received.
